Stuart is an experienced recruitment leader with many years recruiting in the public and private sectors. He has built successful recruitment teams whilst maintaining a hands-on approach to client and candidate delivery and management.
His early career was predominantly in customer facing sales roles before recruitment became his calling.
Stuart is responsible for the recruitment and development of the Social Care recruiters and his extensive recruitment experience helps maintain the continuity of delivery and service that our clients require and expect.
A keen footballer, Stuart is also the Chairman & 1st Team Manager of a Kent County League football club.
Spencer is the founder and Managing Director of Blackrock Search. He has extensive recruitment management experience including being the National Recruitment Manager of a global Fortune 500 business and the Divisional Recruitment Manager of one of the UK’s most prolific retailers of the last 20 years.
In his career he has established a number of other businesses; most notably a Domiciliary Care business from conception to multi-£Million turnover, but has always maintained his focus on recruitment.
In 2016 the decision was made to build a specialist Social Care recruitment team (Blackrock Care) to support the growing needs of suitably qualified professionals in the industry.
Spencer is responsible for the commercial and strategic development of the business, identifying growth areas in the sector and for supporting the delivery teams with internal recruitment training and key client development.
Managing Consultant, Health Tec
Alex is an accomplished recruiter experienced in delivering recruitment across a range of corporate and SME clients within the Health Tec and Social Care sectors.
He began his career as a TV media buyer but in 2005 took the opportunity to transition his experience to the recruitment industry where his business experience and maturity could make a difference.
Alex is currently studying a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching to enhance existing skills in open questioning and active listening and to enable him to dig deeper into candidates’ motivations, goals and aspirations. He is responsible for the mentoring and development of trainee and junior consultants who join his team.
